The only computer that really matters...
Computers I have owned/used-
I've also got an iPod that I use in the shop.
My current system consistes of-

- external Firewire 40BG hard drive
- 18" MAG LCD display
- MacAlly IceKey keyboard- thin, laptop-like keys. It's an aquired taste. I'm not sure I've aquired it yet.
- Kensington Optical Mouse-in-a-Box- I like Kensintogn mice- Great software!
- Epson R200 inkjet printer- replaced the 740 that I've had for years.
- Brother HL1440 laser printer
- UMAX 3400 flatbed scanner- Don't bother with UMAX scanners.; not supported in OSX, gotta use VueScan.
- 10GB iPod
- PALM IIIc
- Dazzle Hollywood DV Bridge- not supprted on the Mac anymore.
- 12" iBook (Dual USB)
also attached are-
- Optimus SA-155 stereo amplifier- a small, low-powered stereo amp
- Sony TC-WE305 dual cassette deck
- Quasar VHS VCR
- a pair of smallish generic speakers
- Jensen headphones
I've been transfering cassette tapes and VHS tapes to CD and DVD. Next step, connect the turntable!
Software I use alot includes-
- Safari (Apple web browser)
- Eudora email client
- Stickies
- Pages
- Adobe Photoshop 7, although I've been trying out Photoshop Elements 2
- iTunes
- Roxio Popcorn
- Sound Studio (for recording cassettes and LPs)
