These photos were all taken between 1988 and 1994 between (and OK, sometimes on) assignments for the News-Post in Frederick, Md. After shooting the same old assignments four or five times, I needed to do something to keep things interesting. I started looking for my own interpretation of Frederick County. Almost all were shot with a 24mm lens on Tri-X and printed full frame.
